SERVICE GUIDE
Amazon catalogue management, explained
Growing past one listing with variations, multipacks and bundles built around the product that already sells. In distribution we buy the stock for every SKU we add, so we only add what will sell through.
HOW IT WORKS
1
Start with your best seller
The product that already sells and earns reviews.
2
Plan what to add around it
Sizes, multipacks, bundles and pairings, in order.
3
Add it or skip it
Sells through: we add it
Won’t sell through: we skip it
4
Launch under one offer
Stocked by us, sold as your only authorized seller.
Who it fits
Three things we look at before we add any SKU's.
Current product demand
Proven volume and reviews on Amazon, not a launch.
Room to extend it
Sizes, counts, flavors or pairings a buyer would add to the cart.
Brand Registry
Virtual bundles and most catalogue tools run through Amazon Brand Registry.
How catalogue expansion runs
We carry the Amazon side and the stock. You keep making the product.

What catalogue expansion covers, and what it doesn’t
It decides what to add and carries the stock. It does not build the listings or make the product.
WHAT IT COVERS
Strategy, stock and one offer
What to add next, and in what order.
The stock for every SKU we add, planned per SKU.
One authorized offer on every new listing.
Shared ad costs, because we are invested in you winning.
WHAT IT DOESN’T
Building the listings or making the product
New ASINs, variations and flat files are New Listing Creation, scoped on its own. The product itself stays yours to make.
Variations, multipacks and Amazon bundles, compared
Each one adds to a catalogue differently. Most brands use more than one.

Do new variations keep my existing reviews?
Usually, yes. Amazon shares reviews across a variation family, so a new size or flavor grouped under your parent listing starts with the reviews you already have. The versions have to be genuine variations of the same product, and Amazon checks.
